As a Denver native, I’ve spent the last 7 years as a "local traveler" RN, which is another way of saying I’ve worked in just about every patient setting you can imagine. From high-acuity units to specialized patient populations, I’ve seen it all—and I’ve brought that clinical precision to the world of mobile hydration.

When I’m not hanging IV bags, I’m likely shouting words of encouragement as a high-intensity Pilates coach. I believe in recovery that works as hard as your workout.

My home life is a bit of a circus, shared with my husband, my son, a busy high school athlete, two bossy Dachshunds and one sweet Golden Retriever.

I’m thrilled to be a part of the COMIVM team and can’t wait to help many patients reach their wellness and recovery goals.

My name is Jaylynn Heffer, though I am commonly known as Jay. I bring eight years of experience in Emergency Medical Services, with the majority of my career spent serving communities in New Mexico. During that time, I also earned my bachelor’s degree in Integrative Medicine, further strengthening my commitment to a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care. In January 2025, I relocated to Colorado and I am excited to continue my journey in a new community. 

My goal has always been to help others, and I look forward to doing just that while getting to know and serve the community I now call home. I’m passionate about helping people build healthier, more balanced lives by supporting them in reaching their personal wellness goals. That’s why I’m especially excited to be part of the CO Mobile IV Medics team.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy staying active and spending time with family as much as I can, I travel back to New Mexico frequently and love being on the road, I also enjoy reading, crocheting, and spending time with my two dogs.
